Biography

Following a successful eighteen-year banking career in New York, Russell has leveraged his project finance and loan syndications experience to bring a unique skill set to the Romair Group.  While at Lloyds Bank, Russell originated and structured multi-billion-dollar projects’ financing in the energy and power sectors. 

During his six years at Romair, Russell has assumed several roles, including deal origination, project management, estimating, and cost control.  Russell has been one of the primary originators of new business, securing over thirty construction contracts valued at over $50 million.  Russell also manages Romair’s flourishing Watersound Origins business segment in the coveted planned St. Joe Company community.   

Russell received a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
