Biography

In 2012, Rick launched The Pinnacle Real Estate Group, which worked with developers acquiring real estate tracts in the pre-construction phase. The company worked on several large PUD (planned unit development) projects, guiding the projects from acquisition and master planning, to securing development orders. Rick has managed projects totaling over 2,000 residential units and 400,000 square feet of commercial space.

An accomplished senior executive with over twenty-five years of executive leadership experience, Rick’s expertise spans several business sectors, developing both private and public corporations. Over the years, he has managed organizations with over 500 employees and earnings over $100 million annually.
