Biography

Karl earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from The University Texas at San Antonio. While there, he gained valuable experience in the commercial construction industry interning for two of the largest general contractors in Texas. He worked on two different hospital projects in San Antonio, including a $300+ million San Antonio State Hospital which played a fundamental role in his growth as a professional in the commercial construction industry. 

At Romair, Karl has become an integral part of the commercial team, providing invaluable support to project operations, material procurement, estimating and cost control on all commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects.
