Biography

Jason Romair serves as CEO and President of the Romair Group, a full-service land development and vertical construction firm. Over the past twenty years, the firm has grown into one of the region’s top producers.  In Watercolor the company delivered over 200 units valued at over $200 million, and in Watersound Origins, over 100 units valued at $100 million. 

Romair acquired the last untouched waterfront parcel on Northwest Florida’s highway 30A, home to the renowned New Urbanist Developments of Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. In this practice, Romair crafted the vision for Kaiya Beach Resort.

The Kaiya Beach Resort project has received entitlements for over $500 million in for sale real estate. In addition to 173 residential units, which are arranged throughout the twenty-six-acre community as large estate homes, townhouses, and condominiums, Kaiya features at its heart a luxury boutique hotel, a beach club, restaurants, spa, and cinema.
