Biography

After serving in the United States Army as a paratrooper, Ethan quickly rooted himself in the construction industry working from the field up. He specializes in Commercial Slab and Tilt-Up Projects totaling over four million square feet. 

Ethan added to his skill set by making the transition into residential construction and has over five years of home-building experience with some of the top nationwide residential development contractors. 

At Romair, Ethan aids the superintendents with scheduling, budgeting, and client interactions to ensure that the Kaiya Beach Resort projects will endure the test of time and are built to satisfaction.
