Biography

Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. Thereafter, he attended the University of Miami Graduate school of Architecture where he obtained a Master’s in Real Estate Development + Urbanism.  

 In Miami, Alexander worked with Fort Partners, one of South Florida’s premier development groups in the condominium and hotel sector. Alexander served as the project manager for the close out and developer turnover of the prestigious Four Seasons Surf Club Hotel & Residences in Surfside, FL. In addition to the above, he worked directly on evaluating and sourcing prospective condominium projects in South Florida for Fort. 

 Alexander is a Florida Licensed Certified General Contractor & brings the team a unique set of development skills, including underwriting, design team management, and a broad network in the Florida real estate industry, while also having the practical experience as a proven construction manager.
